When flashing the bootloader, use address 0x8000000
When flashing the main app, use address 0x8004000

- Fixed USB class (eg. gamepad, MIDI) sometimes resetting to default (VCP only) after reboot
- Both bootloader and main app can now soft-reboot via configurator (no power cycle necessary)
- Serial number was not being reported correctly
