Additions/changes:
- two-way communication with nRF24. Use the "Two-way PTX" and "Two-way PRX" options for nRF24 role.
- fixed crash when bluepill targets tried to use non-existent UART4 (named UART2 in iomixer configurator)
- added 'bluepill-PB1' target (maple mini)
- fixed configuration stalling when powered without USB data connection to a computer (eg. battery only, USB power bank, or a USB cable without data lines), and configuration included an IMU node
- fixed ICM-42670 reporting large values of pitch/roll/yaw for a few milliseconds after startup
