Hi Devin, I eventually figured this out. This problem would occur when making the USB connection to a PC after the board was already powered up by some other means, eg. your ST-Link dongle probably - at least that's what was happening for me. So I suspect your update to Arch probably didn't change anything, it's likely just that you powered the board only by USB when checking it that time (and when you tried on Windows), which avoided the problem.
Anyway, the fix is in the 'xperimental' folder, again using the same name of v0.1.5 for now.
